Following government guidelines cleaners are allowed to continue work in domestic and commercial premises provided all guidelines are followed. This all depends on the size of your home, how many rooms you need cleaning and the condition your home is in.

It all comes down to your choice, you can prioritise the jobs and rooms you want to be cleaned then choose more or fewer hours.

Yes, we have all the necessary insurance policies in place including public liability covering up to £1,000,000 with an excess of £250

Absolutely not! We don’t believe in long boring contracts however like any business we do have terms and conditions, these can be found at the bottom of every page. If you ever feel the need to cancel, we ask that you give us 1 month’s notice.

Yes, All our cleaners go through a thorough vetting process which includes a telephone interview and face to face interview. If the applicant meets Reemist Cleaning’s high standards we then request Proof of ID and Proof of Address from the applicant along with any references that we request. After all these documents come back as satisfactory we add the cleaner onto our database on a trial period where we thoroughly monitor their performance, time-keeping and standards.

The majority of our clients have a cleaner for 3 hours a week on a weekly basis.

Our services include weekly, fortnightly and one-off cleans.

At this point in time we don’t offer tri-weekly or monthly cleans.

Absolutely! We understand that you may have a busy lifestyle and need a cleaner in the evening or at the weekend, so our cleaners are flexible. Please keep in mind that in some areas there may be a surcharge after 6PM.

No, We understand you live a busy life so all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted. Before your first clean we’ll e-mail you a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.

Absolutely! If you’re not happy with your cleaner for whatever reason drop us a call on 03330151115 and we’ll assign you a new cleaner.

The simple answer is you, the client.

This is due to cross-contamination our cleaners don’t carry their own cleaning products. 

Many of our clients like to specify the substances used in their home. Please note bleach is a banned substance.
